Visitors might be interested in the newly opened exhibition in the Center for Creativity: The Force of Fandom celebrates the ways the world’s most famous galaxy-spanning odyssey inspires creativity. From original works by of official illustrators to funny and weird bootleg action figures, the works in this exhibition demonstrate how the media franchise from far, far away has influenced generations of fans and creators. *There is a $6 fee for special exhibitions William Hawkins and Family Pictures.

COSI, Columbus’ dynamic Center of Science and Industry, combines science learning and fun with 300-plus hands-on exhibits, Ohio’s largest Planetarium, Giant Screen Theater, live shows, and more. COSI now features the new American Museum of Natural History Dinosaur Gallery – a permanent exhibit that allows guests to get up close to a full-sized cast of a Tyrannosaurus Rex, 100 million-year-old fossilized amber, an 8 foot titanosaur femur cast, and much more. Also featured in the American Museum of Natural History Special Exhibition Gallery, Traveling the Silk Road: Ancient Pathway to the Modern World, explores ancient cities of Asia and the Middle East between 600 AD and 1200 AD, where spectacular sights, exquisite silks, and rousing stories were in abundance. The Martin Luther King Jr. Performing & Cultural Arts Complex is a multi-disciplinary arts and cultural institution whose mission is connecting community through the arts. The King Arts Complex produces art in all genres-from visual art, music and poetry, dance, literary, education and theater.
